How to submit a return or cancellation request
Click on the link below or access our refund policy to initiate your request.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address and click "Continue".
- Open the email sent by our store and copy the 6-digit verification code.
- Return to the store and enter the code.
2. Click on "Request return" or "Cancel" for the desired order.
3. If the order has more than one item, select the ones you want to return.
4. Select the reason for the return and add a note.
5. Click "Request return".
If the request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with instructions
and a return label. Upon receipt of the product, we will process the refund.
